Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease caused by keratinocyte hyperproliferation and cell infiltration due to dysregulated immune system. Recently, the importance of epigenetic regulation has been increasingly recognized in psoriasis. However, few current studies have reported on mutual between lncRNA miRNA The main objective this study was explore role HSFY2-10:1/miR-145-5p/FN1 axis Using microarray, we identified that HSFY2-10:1 highly expressed psoriasis tissues compared with normal skin, further confirmed quantitative real-time PCR.
