چکیده
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease caused by keratinocyte hyperproliferation and cell infiltration due to dysregulated immune system. Recently, the importance of epigenetic regulation has been increasingly recognized in psoriasis. However, few current studies have reported on mutual between lncRNA miRNA The main objective this study was explore role HSFY2-10:1/miR-145-5p/FN1 axis Using microarray, we identified that HSFY2-10:1 highly expressed psoriasis tissues compared with normal skin, further confirmed quantitative real-time PCR. By using an approach knockdown overexpression HSFY2-10:1, showed could promote proliferation increase secretion chemokine CCL20 M5 (IL-17A, IL-22, IL-1α, oncostatin M, TNF-α) induced human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEKs) HaCaT cells. Mechanistically, found act as CeRNA sponging miR-145-5p regulate FN1 expression keratinocytes. elevated lnc-HSFY2-10:1 overexpression, which obviously reversed presence mimics. Similarly, promotion viability significantly upon overexpression. We concluded levels via competitive binding miR-145-5p, may serve potential therapeutic candidate for treatment.

Long non-coding RNA PTENP1 functions as a ceRNA to modulate PTEN level by decoying miR-106b and miR-93 in gastric cancer
Recent studies have shown that competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) play an important role in the regulation of gene expression, and participate in a wide range of biological processes, including carcinogenesis. Long non-coding RNA PTENP1, the pseudogene of PTEN tumor suppressor, has been reported to exert its tumor suppressive function via modulation of PTEN expression in many malignancies. Howe...
متن کاملSOX2OT, a long non-coding RNA involved in autophagy regulation
Summary: SOX2 overlapping transcript (SOX2OT) is a long non-coding RNA associated with cancer pathogenesis. It contributes to a variety of cellular functions and recent evidence propounds its association with autophagy process. It has been showed that SOX2OT can regulate the expression of different autophagy associated factors in human cells with different mechanisms, however more remains to ...
متن کاملThe long non-coding RNA SNHG3 functions as a competing endogenous RNA to promote malignant development of colorectal cancer
Accumulating evidence has revealed that aberrantly expressed long non-coding transcripts are involved in the development and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). Small nucleolar RNA host gene 3 (SNHG3) is a newly identified lncRNA, and little is known about its clinical significance and biological functions in the development of CRC. In the present study, we found that the expression of SNHG...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA MIAT promotes breast cancer progression and functions as ceRNA to regulate DUSP7 expression by sponging miR-155-5p
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) have been reported as key regulators in the progression and metastasis of breast cancer. In this study, we found that the lncRNA myocardial infarction associated transcript (MIAT) expression was upregulated in breast cancer in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data sets. We validated that MIAT was higher in breast cancer cell lines and advanced breast tumors than in n...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA MALAT1 for promoting metastasis and proliferation by acting as a ceRNA of miR-144-3p in osteosarcoma cells
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in various biological processes and diseases including osteosarcoma. Long non-coding RNA metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) is overly expressed in osteosarcoma. But the function and mechanism it works on in osteosarcoma proliferation and metastasis mediated by Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) ...
